Q: Will my item look exactly like the photos?
A: We do our best to recreate each design as accurately as possible. Because items are handcrafted, minor differences in brushwork, placement, and detailing are normal.
Q: Do you accept custom requests?
A: In many cases, yes! Contact us before ordering to discuss custom colors, themes, sizes, or personalized ideas.

A: We recommend ordering as early as possible (2-3 weeks before needed) to allow time for creation and shipping.
Shipping FAQ
Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Local pickup can be arranged in Texas & Louisiana. Traveling Fee will apply.
Q: Once shipped, how long will delivery take?
A: Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. I will provide you with a tracking number at time of shipment.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Once shipped, carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll help however we can.

A: Due to the custom nature of personalized and made-to-order products, these items are typically final sale unless there is an error on our part.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Q: Do you offer refunds for sizing issues or ordering mistakes?
A: Please review all sizes, colors, spelling, and selections carefully before ordering. As refunds are only granted for custom items if a mistake was made on the design.
